Our experienced engineering team carry out training to their engineers and our supply management team offers suggestions to optimize OTD.

As a vital factor related to cost and quality, we value greatly to the 5S. On September 2016, our engineer team arranged an audit of a supplier. Based on the audit score, a report with new layout drawing was made and reviewed before put into action. After three months, engineer team carried out another audit. Supplier’s plant was rearranged based on the report and passed the audit.
